MeTheNa gummy production line is a complete set of automated equipment that connects the entire process of "sugar boiling → mixing → molding → cooling → demolding → coating → packaging" into a continuous flow. It is specifically designed for producing gel gummy candies with gelatin, pectin, carrageenan, or agar as the gel skeleton.

1. Sugar Boiling System: Sugar, glucose syrup, and water are vacuum boiled to 120–140 °C according to the formula. A variable frequency pump precisely controls the sugar solution flow rate to ensure stable sugar and moisture content.
2. Online Mixing: A dynamic mixer quantitatively injects coloring, flavoring, and citric acid/malic acid solutions into the pipeline. For filled gummy candies, jam or chocolate sauce is injected simultaneously to achieve double-layer or center fillings.
3. Casting and Molding: Metal Mold/Silicone Mold Line: A servo-driven pouring head injects syrup into a metal mold. The mold automatically rotates and vibrates to release air, suitable for high-volume production and regular shapes (bears, cola bottles).
4. Starch Mold Line (Mogul): Syrup is injected into a tray filled with dry starch. The starch is pre-molded to form a negative mold, enabling the production of 3D, complex relief shapes. The starch can be recycled and dehumidified for reuse.
5. Cooling Tunnel: 12–18 m multi-layer chain conveyor tunnel, temperature 12–15 °C, relative humidity 55%, cooling for 15–30 min to fully gel the sugar.
6. Demolding + Finishing: Metal molds use a double demolding mechanism with hammering and compressed air; starch molds first sieve to recover starch before obtaining sugar granules, with a loss rate of <1%.
7. Coating (Optional): Before entering the rolling oil or sugar rolling cylinder: coat with granulated sugar, acid powder (for sour granulated candy), or gloss oil/carnauba wax to improve appearance and prevent sticking.
8. Packaging: Multi-head scale + vertical packaging machine/bottling line, speed 50–100 bags (bottles)/min, can be directly connected to metal detection, weight detection, and packing robots.
