In early September 2024, we received an email from France on the backend of the Google website. The sender is a customer who has been running a food company in France for many years, and his company has a certain influence in the local candy market. With the growing demand for marshmallows in the market, especially in various festivals and celebrations, the sales of marshmallows have increased significantly. The customer keenly captured this business opportunity and decided to add a marshmallow production line for the company. In the email, he expressed great interest in the marshmallow production line displayed on our website, and asked about the output of the equipment, the ease of operation, the energy consumption and the approximate budget range.


Demand communication

After receiving the email, our sales team responded quickly and contacted the customer within 24 hours. Through many rounds of email exchanges and overseas conference calls, we have a deep understanding of the customer's detailed needs. The customer not only hopes that the production line can produce regular fluffy marshmallows, but also hopes to produce various special shapes, such as animal shapes, flower shapes, etc., to meet the preferences of different consumer groups. At the end of January 2025, the two parties signed a formal purchase contract through an online video conference. The contract clearly stipulates the model, technical parameters, price, delivery time, installation and commissioning services, training support, after-sales service terms and quality assurance period of the equipment. The customer paid the advance payment as agreed in the contract, and we immediately started the production plan, arranged technical personnel to produce, assemble and debug the equipment, and cooperated with professional logistics and transportation companies to ensure that the equipment could be delivered to the customer on time and safely.
