Operating Principle

1. Select whole, fresh fruits and vegetables. Use a fruit and vegetable washing machine to remove surface dirt and drain.
2. Cut and slice fruits and vegetables, ensuring consistent thickness of each slice/slice to avoid affecting the drying effect.
3. Check the machine's power supply circuit for proper operation and that the air inlet and outlet are unobstructed.
4. Arrange the cut fruits, vegetables, meat, and Chinese medicinal herbs evenly on the tray, leaving gaps for hot air circulation.
5. Set the drying temperature and time based on moisture content and thickness.
6. Stir the products during drying to reduce drying time.
7. Turn off the power, wait for the product to cool, then remove and package the dried product.
8. Use a soft cloth or brush to clean the inside of the machine and the tray to prevent the juice from solidifying. Never rinse directly with water to avoid short circuits.
